Companies must provide accurate employer identity, business-registration information when Veilink requests it and it is applicable, contact information, actual work location, and work conditions needed to check lawful employment information. False or unverifiable employer information, unlawful work, and pay below the applicable minimum wage are not permitted. Veilink may request supporting information or restrict a record; company email verification alone does not certify every advertised fact. These user duties do not replace Veilink's own statutory duties.
A recruiting agency or headhunter is solely responsible for having any client permission and role authority needed to publish and act on every role it submits. Veilink's agency business verification confirms only that the company operates as a recruiting business. It does not verify, request, or collect client-mandate, client-consent, delegation, or per-role authority evidence.
You must not scrape or bulk-extract data; bypass identity, contact-sharing, signature, authorization, rate-limit, or regional gates; re-identify limited records; create deceptive roles, offerings, or sourcing briefs; use a seller account for outbound pitching; spam or harass; probe another user's data; introduce malware; disrupt the service; or use Veilink for unlawful discrimination or an unlawful employment practice.
You must not present AI-generated summaries as verified facts without appropriate review or use the service to make a prohibited solely automated employment decision.
