Getting started

What is Veilink?

Veilink is a network without public job boards or lead lists. Each person or company uses its own AI to structure confirmed information. Veilink compares that information, may ask a limited set of closed clarification questions, and lets people decide whether to connect. It supports private hiring and buyer-initiated B2B introductions.

Why does Veilink use both ‘individual’ and ‘candidate’?

An individual is a person using Veilink. A candidate is an individual being considered for a specific role.

Do I need a specific AI agent app to use Veilink?

Yes, you currently need ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude, including Claude Code. Grok, Google Antigravity, and other remote MCP clients are coming later. Connection support and automatic follow-up are separate capabilities.

Is there a separate app to install?

A Veilink app is not required. You work through an AI you already use. Veilink's web pages handle sign-in, verification, company setup, and account review — the main experience stays in your AI.

Can I use Veilink from another AI agent?

Not yet. ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude are the supported client families. Other remote MCP clients are grouped as coming soon until Veilink has tested their connection, OAuth, tool discovery, and return behavior end to end.

What if I'm not sure how to start?

Open the AI-agent setup page, copy the short prompt, and paste it into your AI agent. Your AI agent will check the connection and give you a Veilink sign-up link when it is ready.

Privacy

What information is not shared early?

Contact person name, email, and phone number are not part of the early stages. A permitted hiring conversation request identifies the company, but not its representative. Accepting an introduction does not share contact details. The company representative submits contact details first. The individual reviews them on a secure page and can share their own or decline. Personal contact details stay out of AI-agent views.

How do two AI agents interact without revealing who I am?

The two AI clients do not receive an open chat channel. Each AI helps its own user structure information. In hiring, Veilink compares confirmed fields, and each side may receive one server-owned batch of up to five closed questions. In B2B introductions, clarification is also limited to bounded, server-owned closed questions. Information approved for discovery follows staged disclosure rules, and direct contacts open only through secure user approval.

Do the AI agents chat freely or make deals on their own?

No. Veilink does not relay free-form automatic negotiation. Clarification is limited to defined closed questions. Changes to terms, concessions, introduction approval, contact sharing, contract acceptance, and final decisions still require people.

Can I exclude my current employer before a request appears?

Yes, on an individual account. Open Account → Privacy or give your AI the company's exact work-email domain, such as example.com — not a person's full email address, a company name, or a website URL. Consumer email domains cannot be used. Veilink excludes future discovery and further contact progress only when a Veilink company's verified work-email domain is an exact match. It does not automatically cover a parent, subsidiary, affiliate, or alternate domain. Saving replaces the whole list and requires your approval.

Who can see what I describe in the conversation?

The flow is designed to limit what the other side sees before a user explicitly advances a sharing step. Authorized operators may access account, session, and support data when needed to operate, secure, or support the service. See the security page for details on operational access.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Sign in, open Account → Danger zone, and choose Request account deletion. This signs out active sessions, disables linked AI-agent access, and sends the request to retention review. Company owners must contact support first to transfer or close the workspace. See the privacy policy for retention exceptions.

Do you share data with third parties?

Veilink does not sell personal data. A small number of processors, such as infrastructure and email providers, are used to run the service — see the privacy policy for the list.

Notifications and follow-up

Will my AI come back automatically when Veilink has an update?

That depends on the client and its separate follow-up setup. Codex can resume a Veilink task after automatic follow-up is configured. Claude Code can receive an update while its configured session is running. ChatGPT and Claude web cannot reopen an inactive conversation, so you return and ask the AI to check. Confirmed information, requests, and replies stay on Veilink either way. Account email can also notify you about selected milestones.

Can I turn off email notifications?

Yes. Open Notifications from your signed-in workspace. Important Veilink email is controlled once for the whole account, not separately for each AI connection. Turning it off requires your confirmation and does not change your verified email address. If email and every automatic-follow-up connection are off, updates remain stored on Veilink until you or your AI checks again.

Can I control automatic follow-up for each connected AI separately?

Yes. You can leave automatic follow-up on for one connected AI and turn it off for another. Turning it off requires your confirmation. Turning it on restores an existing configured return path; it does not perform the client's separate background setup for you.

Contact sharing and access

What happens after contact exchange?

Contact exchange is the final step on Veilink. Any later hiring process is handled directly by the person and company.

When does a company name appear?

A permitted hiring conversation request identifies the company. The representative's name, email, and phone number remain separate. Introduction acceptance does not share contact details. The company representative submits contact details first on a secure page. The individual can review them, then share or decline. Personal contact details stay out of AI-agent views.

What can I see on the dashboard?

Account status, connected AI agents, recent sessions, pending actions, and artifact status. The dashboard shows account and session summaries, not full AI conversation history.

Does Veilink support freelance workflows?

No. Freelance brokering is not part of the current service.

What is required for company access?

A verified work email and completed company setup. Hiring also requires a real role and a responsible hiring decision-maker. Limited B2B preview access additionally requires an eligible company plan and server confirmation. A public company website is optional. Companies can start on Free without payment details.

Pricing

How much does Veilink cost?

Individual access is free, with no subscription or success fee. Company Free is available now with 3 open positions and requires a verified company work email. No payment details are required.

Are paid company plans available now?

Yes. Team includes 10 open positions, 50 conversation requests per day shared by the workspace, and up to 20 members including administrators. Pro and Custom require a separate agreement; contact Veilink before activation. Team starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews automatically at $39 USD per month plus applicable taxes unless canceled. Review the trial end, first charge, recurring total, and payment details at checkout before confirming. Cancel in Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before renewal to avoid the next charge. Canceling a free trial may end trial access immediately. For a paid billing period, cancellation takes effect at period end and access continues until then. Sign in and open Billing to start Team. Payment buys service access and usage allowances. It does not guarantee a relevant candidate, conversation, interview, offer, or hire. Veilink does not charge success fees.

Which positions count toward a plan limit?

Only open positions count. Draft, paused, closed, and archived positions do not use the open-position allowance.

How is the daily conversation-request limit counted?

It is one pool shared across the whole company workspace, not a separate allowance for each position, member, or AI agent. Company Free currently includes 15 conversation requests per day. A request counts when Veilink creates the durable conversation request. Permission, policy, or duplicate validation that rejects it before creation does not count; a later email or webhook delivery failure does not reverse the count.

Companies

Can companies use Veilink for hiring?

Yes. Company Free is available now with 3 open positions. A company can describe the work and expected outcomes, review relevant opt-in information, and send an approved conversation request. No payment details are required; a separately enabled limited B2B preview may include 3 open B2B opportunities.

Can we use Veilink to find customers or business partners?

A limited preview may be available with an eligible company plan, a verified company work email, and server-confirmed access. In the preview, a seller can keep a structured offering, while a buyer keeps a sourcing brief that is not searchable by sellers or exposed as a lead. Only the buyer can select an offering and start an inquiry. The shared separate allowance is 3 open B2B opportunities.

How does company setup work?

Company access starts in your AI. When setup is needed, Veilink sends you to the web to verify a work email and enter company information. After that, you return to your AI to create a hiring brief. If the server separately confirms limited B2B preview access, you can instead create a structured seller offering or private buyer sourcing brief within its separate allowance.

How many people from the same company can use it?

Company Free is owner-only. Team includes 10 open positions, 50 conversation requests per day shared by the workspace, and up to 20 members including administrators. Pro and Custom require a separate agreement; contact Veilink before activation. Sharing an email domain alone never grants access to another person’s workspace.

Can the same company domain have a separate workspace?

Company Free provides one owner workspace for a verified company domain.

Does Veilink verify recruiting agencies or their client roles?

Recruiting agencies and headhunters must contact Veilink for Pro access and applicable business verification before activation. Veilink confirms only business type; it does not verify, request, or collect client-mandate, client-consent, delegation, or per-role authority evidence. The agency remains solely responsible for the permissions it needs before publishing or acting on a role.

Does Veilink replace our ATS or recruiting system?

No. Veilink keeps approved role terms, conversation requests, and replies before direct contact. Your ATS still handles applications, interviews, and the rest of your hiring process.

What are the current limits?

Company Free currently includes 3 open positions and 15 conversation requests per day. Only open positions count, and the daily request allowance is shared by the workspace.

Can I permanently delete a company position?

Yes, if it was created by mistake and has no matching, hiring-conversation, or required review history. Veilink asks for explicit confirmation before permanently deleting it. Once a position has history, close and archive it instead. This keeps the terms each side actually saw and the linked workflow and required audit records consistent. A position with history can still be edited for future matching; earlier requests retain their earlier terms, and material changes require fresh confirmation.

Network and availability

What happens if no relevant person or company is in the network yet?

A company can revise or leave a hiring brief active for future opt-in people. A B2B seller can leave an offering active, and a buyer can keep a private sourcing brief without exposing it as a lead. Individuals do not browse a job feed or publish a searchable profile. Either side can decline, and Veilink does not guarantee an outcome.

Can someone based in the EEA, United Kingdom, or South Korea sign up?

Not currently. New individual and company accounts from the EEA, United Kingdom, and South Korea are planned for a future release. Public information and support pages remain available.

Can people and companies in South Korea use Veilink?

Not currently. South Korea-based individual and company registration, and positions whose actual work location is in South Korea, are unavailable until the required employment-placement registrations are completed. Existing users may still sign in to manage or close their accounts.

Why are some regions unavailable?

Regional access depends on the legal, privacy, employment, and operational requirements that apply to the participant and work location. Veilink will open additional regions only after those requirements are supported.
