How access and limits work.
What does Veilink cost for an individual?
Nothing. Individual access has no subscription fee and no success fee.
Which positions count toward the plan limit?
Only open positions count. Draft, paused, closed, and archived positions do not use the open-position allowance.
How is the daily conversation-request limit counted?
It is one daily pool shared by the whole company workspace, not a separate allowance for every position or team member. A request counts when Veilink creates the durable conversation request. A request rejected before creation by permission, policy, or duplicate validation does not count. Later email or webhook delivery failures do not reverse the count.
Does Team charge per user?
Team is one workspace subscription for up to 20 members including administrators, not a per-user charge. Pro includes unlimited members under a separate agreement. Company Free is owner-only.

Which plans include B2B opportunities?
B2B introductions are not included on Free. A limited B2B preview may separately add 3 open B2B opportunities for eligible company plans when the server confirms access. An opportunity is a seller offering or a private buyer sourcing brief, and only a buyer can initiate an inquiry. Buying a plan does not by itself enable B2B.
Can one company domain have separate workspaces?
Company Free provides one owner workspace for a verified company domain. Sharing a company email domain does not by itself grant access to another workspace. Contact Veilink about separate workspace needs.
Does a paid plan guarantee candidates or a hire?
Payment buys service access and usage allowances. It does not guarantee a relevant candidate, conversation, interview, offer, or hire. Veilink does not charge success fees.
Who can help with billing or refund requests?
