These three client families have completed Veilink connection testing. Web clients need a one-time connector action; desktop and terminal clients may prepare it for you.

Supported means the Veilink connection and sign-in flow have completed compatibility testing. Automatic follow-up is a separate capability. Company users verify a work email before creating a hiring or B2B record.

Claude · web, desktop, or Claude Code

Use a custom connector in Claude web or desktop, or one command in Claude Code. Claude web checks updates when you return; Claude Code can notify a running session after separate setup.

Claude web or desktop

  1. 01Open Customize → Connectors in Claude.
  2. 02Select +, choose Add custom connector, and paste the Veilink MCP address shown under Advanced setup below.
  3. 03Add the connector, then enable Veilink for the conversation from + → Connectors.

Team and Enterprise workspaces require an owner to add the connector before members can connect their own Veilink account.

Claude Code

Run this once, then open /mcp in Claude Code and finish browser sign-in.

MCP connection alone does not reopen a closed session. After separate channel setup, Veilink can notify a Claude Code session while it is running.

Codex · MCP server

Add the remote MCP server through shared MCP settings or Codex config, then complete OAuth. Automatic follow-up is a separate optional setup.

  1. 01Codex desktop app: open Settings → Plugins, choose Add → Custom MCP, then select Streamable HTTP.
  2. 02Enter Veilink as the name, paste the Veilink MCP address shown under Advanced setup below, then save and restart.
  3. 03Codex CLI or IDE: add the same server in ~/.codex/config.toml instead. With either path, select Authenticate when Veilink requests OAuth.

Both setup paths point to the same remote Veilink MCP server. Automatic follow-up requires separate notifier setup; connecting MCP alone does not enable it.

ChatGPT web · Developer mode

Before directory publication, use Developer mode where your plan and workspace permit custom MCP connections. Return to the conversation to check saved updates.

  1. 01Until Veilink is published in the ChatGPT plugin directory, use a custom connection only if your plan and workspace allow Developer mode.
  2. 02Enable Developer mode under Settings → Security and login, then add the Veilink MCP address shown below.
  3. 03Review the discovered tools, start a new conversation, and enable Veilink from the tools menu.

Veilink is not yet published in the ChatGPT plugin directory. After publication, the directory listing will become the recommended connection path. Developer mode availability depends on account and workspace policy and uses the same tested Veilink connection. An inactive ChatGPT conversation does not resume by itself, so return and ask it to check Veilink.
