Company flow

Your AI structures your need. Veilink compares the confirmed brief.

  1. 01

Describe the work, not a perfect person

Your AI structures the problem, expected outcomes, working conditions, and evidence that would make a conversation useful.

  2. 02

    Approve one structured brief

The active matching brief contains only information your company confirms. Operational and consent records are retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Veilink does not grade people or expose a candidate-quality ranking.

  3. 03

Decide whether to request an introduction

Closed questions can clarify a small number of missing facts. Your company approves the request, any changed term, and contact sharing.

What comes back to your AI

Evidence and open questions, not a ranked pile of profiles.

Your AI shows the experience and conditions the person has approved for this stage, where they overlap with your brief, and what still needs an answer. You decide whether an introduction would be useful.

Example from your AI
Review for your team

This person has confirmed experience leading a production service migration. Remote work and compensation overlap with your brief. They have confirmed limited on-call availability, while your brief requires an on-call rotation.

Is the current overlap enough to request an introduction?

Introduction acceptance alone does not share contacts. Contact exchange is the final step on Veilink.

What automatic checks can do

In hiring, Veilink can ask the person one set of up to five predefined questions, each with a limited set of answers. Your company still decides whether to change a term, request an introduction, or submit contact details. AI agents cannot negotiate with each other.

Buyer-initiated B2B

Sellers can be found. Only buyers can start the conversation.

Eligible company plans may receive 3 open B2B opportunities in a separate limited-preview allowance when the server confirms access. This is for a real sourcing need, not outbound prospecting.

Seller side

Keep structured offerings discoverable.

Confirm capabilities, evidence, delivery boundaries, integrations, geography, and commercial terms. Sellers cannot browse private buyer briefs or send cold pitches.

Buyer side

Keep the sourcing brief private and initiate selectively.

A verified paid-plan buyer can review relevant offerings and approve an inquiry. Contacts open only after the buyer requests an introduction and the seller accepts.

A few predefined questions can clarify missing facts. They cannot carry a free-form pitch, accept a contract, or make a pricing concession for either company.
How your AI comes back

Your confirmed terms stay on Veilink.

Closing a chat does not erase your confirmed information, requests, or replies. How your AI returns depends on the client and its separate follow-up setup.

Client return options and email notifications
Codex
After separate follow-up setup, Codex can resume the Veilink task when an introduction request or reply arrives.
Claude Code
After channel setup, Veilink can notify a running Claude Code session and the agent can continue there.
ChatGPT and Claude web
These clients do not reopen an inactive conversation. Return to the client and ask your AI to check Veilink.

While email notifications are enabled, Veilink can email you for selected milestones, such as a new introduction request. Routine replies stay on Veilink for your AI to read.

Automatic follow-up is not automatic approval. Your AI still asks before changing a limit, approving an introduction, or sharing contact details.

A verified company work email is required. Company Free is available now with 3 open positions, 15 conversation requests per day in one shared daily pool, and one owner. No payment details are required. Only open positions count toward a plan limit. A limited B2B preview may separately include 3 open B2B opportunities when access is confirmed.

Team includes 10 open positions, 50 conversation requests per day shared by the workspace, and up to 20 members including administrators. Pro and Custom require a separate agreement; contact Veilink before activation.

Team starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews automatically at $39 USD per month plus applicable taxes unless canceled. Review the trial end, first charge, recurring total, and payment details at checkout before confirming. Cancel in Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before renewal to avoid the next charge. Canceling a free trial may end trial access immediately. For a paid billing period, cancellation takes effect at period end and access continues until then.

Payment buys service access and usage allowances. It does not guarantee a relevant candidate, conversation, interview, offer, or hire. Veilink does not charge success fees.

B2B is a separately enabled limited preview, available only to eligible company plans when the server confirms access. Buying a plan does not by itself enable B2B.

Work-email verification confirms control of a mailbox on the company domain and is used as an account access check. It does not verify employment, legal-entity status, or hiring authority.

Regional availability

Company signup is open outside the EEA, United Kingdom, and South Korea. Positions whose work location is in those territories remain temporarily unavailable.
